The Goel Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences recently organized an industrial visit to Acme Generics in Baddi, Solan, Himachal Pradesh, aimed at providing students with valuable industrial exposure. This visit allowed students to gain firsthand experience of the operations within a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. During the tour, students observed various stages of the drug production process, from raw material handling to the final packaging of products, and learned about the stringent quality control measures and advanced technologies employed by Acme Generics. The visit was instrumental in bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, offering students a deeper understanding of the industry’s real-world dynamics and the operational intricacies of pharmaceutical manufacturing.
