Programme Educational Objectives (PEOs) – B.Pharm
  1. To prepare graduates with strong foundational and advanced knowledge in pharmaceutical sciences for successful careers in pharmaceutical industry, hospitals, community pharmacy, research organizations, and regulatory bodies.

  2. To enable students to pursue higher education, research, and lifelong learning in areas such as Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy, and Clinical Pharmacy.

  3. To develop professional ethics, teamwork, communication skills, and leadership qualities, enabling graduates to adapt to evolving healthcare and pharmaceutical environments.

 
Program Outcomes (POs) – B.Pharm
  1. Apply knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences, basic sciences, and allied healthcare disciplines to solve complex problems related to drug formulation, analysis, and therapy.

  2. Identify, analyze, and interpret drug-related, healthcare, and pharmaceutical problems using principles of pharmacology, pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical chemistry, and biostatistics.

  3. Design and evaluate drug delivery systems, dosage forms, and pharmaceutical processes considering patient safety, quality, regulatory, ethical, and environmental aspects.

  4. Use research-based knowledge including data collection, analysis, interpretation, and experimentation to draw valid conclusions in pharmaceutical research and practice.

  5. Select and apply appropriate modern pharmaceutical tools, instruments, and technologies for drug development, quality control, and clinical applications.

  6. Apply ethical principles, legal knowledge, and regulatory guidelines to professional pharmacy practice with due consideration to public health, safety, and societal responsibilities.

  7. Demonstrate effective communication, teamwork, and leadership skills while working independently or as part of multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
